This panel examines what it means to think about premodern race and premodern dis/ability together.
Session: “Making Sense of Medieval Sensory Disabilities ”
This panel explores medieval representations of sensory disabilities such as visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, and proprioceptive impairments and their profound implications for social, cultural, historical, philosophical, and religious paradigms. Roundtable: “Accessible Practices in Academia” (Hybrid)
