Deadline extended: Vagantes Conference on Medieval Studies 2017 host application

The Vagantes Conference on Medieval Studies is soliciting applications to host its 2017 annual conference. The deadline to apply has been extended to May 17, 2015.

Vagantes is North America's leading interdisciplinary graduate student conference in medieval studies, and has been hosted by many of North America's leading graduate programs. Vagantes draws participants from across the United States, Canada, and Europe: at the 2015 conference, 29 papers were presented by graduate students from 6 countries on topics ranging from late antique philosophy to late medieval art history and archaeology.

Since its founding at Harvard in 2002, Vagantes has traveled to a new host institution every year. The 2015 conference was hosted by the University of Florida, and next year's conference will be at Rice University.

We are currently soliciting applications for a 2017 host. The requirements, expectations, and application instructions are available online: http://www.vagantesconference.org
