36TH CANADIAN CONFERENCE OF MEDIEVAL ART HISTORIANS
1 & 2 April 2016, Université Laval, QUÉBEC
The 36th annual Canadian Conference of Medieval Art Historians will be hosted by l’Université Laval (Québec, QC) on 1-2 April 2016. The organization welcomes those interested in medieval art and architecture from around the country (and beyond). This year, the keynote speaker will be Prof. Achim Timmermann (University of Michigan) whose lecture will be sponsored by the International Center of Medieval Art (ICMA). We invite those interested in delivering a paper in English or French on any topic relating to the art, architecture or visual/material culture of the Middle Ages (or its post-medieval revivals), to submit a short abstract (250 words) before 1 December 2015. Scholars at every stage of their careers are encouraged to apply.
